QM professional blast chilling and freezing room have a special compact design in order to reduce the space occupied in laboratory . Fastest times and maximum production are the priority, never forgetting the final quality of the product.

– 40 ° C | -35 ° C (-18 ° C at the core)

The quantity in kg of blast chilled and frozen product are calculated over a period of 1 hour and not per cycle. The product reached the desired temperature even in extreme situations and with continuous door openings. After the blast freezing cycle, it is possible to set the machine to storing phase.
