QT is a professional blast chiller and freezer.
The special ceiling evaporator allows to store at -20 ° C after each blast chilling cycle and to keep the product for the following days.
Particularly suitable for small and delicate products.

Working temperature:
– 35 ° C | -20 ° C

The core of the product is removed by a constant flow of indirect air which, after the blast chilling and freezing cycle, allows the product to be stored at -20 ° C for the following days.
