The technology related to water refrigeration is the basis for a successful product. Proper temperature and water control allow to obtain better and constant doughs, eliminating external factors that compromise the quality of the product. From this the FASTWATER project was born thanks to the experience and continuous search for a cutting-edge product.
The FASTWATER instant water coolers use an indirect refrigeration system (TIR) which provides for the total separation of the refrigeration system from the water circuit. The cooling of the water intended for the dough is in fact guaranteed by an intermediate circuit containing melting ice avoiding all the problems associated with normal water chillers.
